Our Shipping Policy
You can use your credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI payments to place your order. We take up to 7-10 business days to deliver your order. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details.
Our Exchange Policy
At Vrindkavi, our goal is customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issue, or if you are unhappy with your order, please inform us. We will be glad to assist you. In the rare event that the merchandise you receive is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may exchange it within 14 days from the date of delivery, all we ask is that the product remains unused and is preserved in its original condition along with the tags and packaging. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that all our conditions for exchange are met, we will process your exchange or issue store credit on your account.
Please take note of the following policies for return/exchange:
- The delivered product cannot be returned for a refund. However, you can exchange them for other products or corresponding store credit will be issued on your account.
- In case of return, the product must be unused, and have all the tags attached to be eligible for exchange or store credit. Damaged/soiled/altered returns will not be accepted. If your ordered products are delivered without tags, please inform our customer care department immediately.
- While returning the goods/product for exchange, please include any/all original packaging materials that came with it.
- Exchange is not applicable for clearance sale merchandise.
- Exchange will only be applicable for goods customers received that were defective, not as advertised/agreed upon.
What is store credit?
Store credit is a form of compensation offered to customers instead of cash refund when they return an item. The customer can use the store credit to purchase other items from the same store at a later time.
Exchange Process in India:
- Step 1: To initiate a return, please get in touch with us via email at contactus@vrindkavi.com, or through WhatsApp at our customer care number 9910446876, mentioning the reason for return of the product(s). Please ensure that you reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
- Step 2: After contacting us, await a confirmation email from our team regarding the return process.
- Step 3: Pack the return item securely, preferably in its original packaging. We will arrange a pick-up through our courier partner.
- Step 4: Please wait until you receive the confirmation details for the return process initiated via email from us.
